BGBA, customer service is our number one priority, and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with every order. Returns on clothing, merchandise purchase from the site will only be accepted if the items show no signs of being worn, washed or destroyed. An exact item will replace the returned item (no refund). If you receive a defective item, send us an email at: info@blackglobalbiker.com.

Counter Notification
to be effective, a Counter Notification must have a written communication provided to the Service Provider's Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the Subscriber;
Identification of the materials that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
A statement under penalty or perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
The Subscriber's name, address, and telephone number, and statement that the Subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Courts in the Southern District of Florida (Miami Division) and that the
Subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or an agent of such person who provide notification or an agent of such person.
Service Provider shall promptly provide the Complaining Party with a copy of the Counter Notification service. Provider shall inform the complaining Party that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within (10) business days; Service Provider shall replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the Counter Notification, provided Services Provider's Designated agent has not received notice from the Complaining Party that an action has been filed seeking a court order restrain Subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Service Providers network or system termination.
BGBA.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your right to use BGBA.com at anytime, and without notice, for any reason, including your violation of any of these Terms of Service or any other policy that BGBA.com posts. BGBA.com also reserve s the right to modify or discontinue any services it provides, or any portion thereof, without notice to you and without liability to you. BGBA.com may immediately terminate any account that it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is other wise connected with any Spam or unsolicited bulk e-mail.
